1.4 MLA may alter these Terms of Use from time to time without notice.  Your continued use of the website following those changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

1.5 You and MLA expressly agree to waive and set aside our respective rights and obligations under any applicable law in the event of any termination of these Terms of Use to the extent that such law requires any judicial pronouncement for the termination of these Terms of Use.

 (b) MLA disclaims all warranties and guarantees that the website and its content or any linked websites:

 (b) in the case of goods supplied or offered by MLA, which are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, replacing, supplying equivalent, repairing or paying the cost of replacing, supplying equivalent, repairing goods.

14. Governing Law

14.1 This website's server is hosted in the State of New South Wales, Australia. These Terms of Use are governed by the law applicable in New South Wales.

15. Disputes Resolution

15.1 You and MLA agree that if any difference, dispute, conflict or controversy, arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or its performance, including without limitation any question regarding its existence, validity, termination of rights or obligations of any party ("Dispute"), You and MLA will attempt for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt by one party of a notice from the other party of the existence of the Dispute to settle the Dispute by amicable settlement between the parties.

15.2 If the parties are unable to reach agreement to settle the Dispute within the thirty (30) calendar day period mentioned in clause 15.1 of these Terms of Use, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause 15. The Parties agree that:

(a) the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore;

(b) the number of arbitrators shall be one (1) appointed by the Chairman of SIAC;

(c) the language of the arbitration shall be English;

(d) the arbitrator shall be bound by strict rules of law; and

(e) the arbitral award/decision shall be final binding and not subject to appeal to any court or other body.

15.3 For the purposes of enforcing any arbitration award only, each of You and MLA hereby irrevocably elects domicile at the Clerk's Office of the District Court of Central Jakarta (Kantor Panitera Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat), without prejudice to any party's right to commence proceedings in respect of the enforcement of the arbitral award in any other court whether within or outside Indonesia having jurisdiction over any other party or any of its assets.

You and MLA agree that none of you will be allowed to commence or maintain any action in any court of law with respect to any Dispute related to or in connection with these Terms of Use, except for the enforcement of arbitral award granted pursuant to proceedings commenced pursuant to this clause 15.

16. Language 

16.1 These Terms of Use are made in the English language and the Indonesian language. Both texts are equally original. In the event of any inconsistency or different interpretation between the English text and the Indonesian text, the relevant Indonesian text shall be deemed to be automatically amended to conform with and to make it consistent with the relevant English text.
